In the game of Uber Tristram there are items that burn mana and there is no method to replenish mana. Yes, rejuv will replenish the mana bar however, how it does it is what's the issue.
It will go from zero to 100 percent immediately. This is usually a great thing but not in Tristram since you'll get mana burned and instantly return to zero. If you're using a mana pot, it takes several minutes. Therefore, if you're not equipped with mana, and you're unable to smite the target, you're in trouble. It's only a tiny quantity of mana. You've tapped the mana pot. Even while they burn your mana, there's enough regen available to keep you going as your potion fills up.
