When I hear"cover to acquire", the very first piece of thing that I think about is the effort put in to get what you would like. OSRS is pricy yes but you have to put time in to do the training. RS3 on the flip side, you can purchase the XP, put as much as OSRS because of BXP and Treasure Hunter into it or you do not need to osrs best place to buy gold touch the ability and you'll purchase less material as you have BXP or so. You can get your level fast putting time grinding the ability. RS3 has an immediate option. Much better to call it"pay to progress" since its far quicker to get to endgame levels in RS3.I'm considering starting RuneScape here soon and wondering which one to pick up. I'm sure folks will have. I've played runescape earlier when I was younger so I have dabbled in OSRS, however I'm curious about Runescape 3 as well. Which does everyone recommend for a player? Thank you ahead of time!
I prefer RS3 it's just a game in every way for the day and age. However, its worth noting that this subreddit is primarily for RS3, 2007scape is your osrs subreddit. It's also worth noting that osrs players hate its playerbase and RS3.
It's very similar to how Apex players hate fortnite players (and I guess fortnite gamers, feel the same, idk) just because they choose to play another game in the same genre and generalize all the players of this particular game. Unless they also have contributed a chance played. Personally, I have played and I prefer RS3. It is imo more challenging and more modern. But I'm also a 13 year veteran (off and on ) that practically maxed and doesnt need to have to retrain every skill to 99 and perform every quest, especially since I got almost all of my 99s at the era of rs2, which is what osrs is based on, so pvm is really the content I'm most interested in.
It's hard to describe specifics of why I prefer RS3, however I used to play, playing RS3 in legacy mode, then I decided to just embrace and find out eoc (the combat style in RS3) and ever since I stopped enjoying osrs and also have favored RS3. Kinda off topic but combat royal players can be incredibly irritating. Like with the one from ubisoft. Hyper another or some thing. Games wonderful. The battle royal I enjoy. Its unique, seems fantastic, and has it's own spin on item.
But here's my theory on battle royal players of a specific game. They invest a lot of money on skins and passes and all that jazz. Then they see that can you buy runescape money a brand new one is getting a great deal of focus and feel it makes their efforts in the other games significantly less precious in case RuneScape isnt as popular. Its childish.
